Governance of Transport
Every year, the International Transport Forum at the OECD hosts the global summit of transport ministers in Leipzig, Germany. The Summit attracts ministers of transport from the ITF’s 57 member countries as well as leaders from business, academia, and international governmental and non-governmental organisations.
The ITF’s 2017 Summit on Governance of Transport will analyse the trends shaping transport governance and identify the most pressing challenges. The Summit will focus on infrastructure, global connectivity, regulation under innovation, and urban access and mobility to reinforce the sector’s ability to anticipate and shape changes rather than simply react to them.
